  • Don’t let your animals come to your bed if they live partly outside;

  • Laundry or dry clean your bed items regularly.
  • Vacuum and scrub your carpets several times a week;
  • Study your mattress and other items in bed and around regularly to spot the first signs of parasites presence and start fighting them until they spread all over.
